We ship most orders within 2 business days if they are in stock.
Small items are usually shipped with Royal Mail in the UK and internationally.
For larger items such as radiators and dashboards, we use a courier company.
If the parts are not in stock, we will let you know via email and give you an estimated delivery time. If you are not happy to wait for them, you will be able to cancel the order.
Our items are sent in a way that provides us with a delivery confirmation. If we have a delivery confirmation for your item, we take this as a proof of delivery and accept that the item was delivered to you.
