Refund and Return Policy
1. This policy sets out the returns and refund policy for goods purchased through the online stores operated by Anglo Classic Car parts Ltd..
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.
3. We go beyond what is required under 'the Consumer Contracts Regulations' which allows you to return items within 14 days after the date of delivery. We offer a 30 day refund period for our UK based customers for a full refund of the original purchase price for the goods you wish to return, and the original postage and packaging charges made.
4. You will not be entitled to a refund of the cost you incur in returning the item to us.
5. Please contact us to let us know that you will be returning your item before posting the item. This is important so that we can help you and provide you with the correct return address. We are not able to refund you if you send the item without getting a return approval from us first.
6. Once your return is received and inspected we'll contact you to let you know whether your refund will be processed or not, and credit your original method of payment, as soon as possible normally within 3 working days.
7. Restocking fee of 10% might be applicable, if this is the case we will let you know before issuing you with refund.
8. You must take reasonable steps to make sure that we receive your return and we receive it in a resell-able condition. Please use a tracked service and make sure that your return item is protected from damages in transit.
9. If you haven't received a refund yet where we have told you we have issued one, please check your bank account or card statement to make sure it hasn't been received and then contact your bank as some banks or card companies take a number of days to credit your account.
10. If an item you purchased was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).
11. If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If you are in any doubt please contact us before making the purchase.
12. Our items are sent in a way that provides us with a delivery confirmation. If we have a delivery confirmation, we take this as a proof of delivery and accept it that the item has been delivered to you. Please get in touch with us via email@example.com if you have any questions.
